This month is a big one. We refined the Activity Feed so you can focus on what matters, and we launched Pebble Intelligence with our first AI agent for intake. Faster workflows, fewer missed leads, and pricing that only charges you for outcomes.

🤖 Pebble Intelligence: Meet Your Intake Agent

Pebble Intelligence is our new AI engine designed to power agents inside your account. Think of it as adding a digital teammate who helps you move faster. The first agent is here, and it is built to solve one of the biggest bottlenecks in land investing: answering inbound calls.
Here is what the Intake Agent can do:
Answer only first-time callers so your existing conversations still route to you or your team as usual.
Capture key details like property info and seller intent and create a deal in the stage you choose so you can act right away.
Transfer hot sellers instantly and give you a spoken summary before the call connects. That way you know who they are and what they want the moment you pick up.
Record, transcribe, and summarize every call so your inbox becomes a searchable record of all seller interactions.
Handle removals automatically by marking contacts as Do Not Mail. If someone asks to be removed, the agent takes care of it and ensures you never waste a letter or campaign on them again.
Set up in minutes directly inside your Pebble account. No complex prompts or technical setup needed.

Give your agent a name and add an About Your Company blurb
Toggle which intake questions you want asked
Mailer Code (recommended)
County + APN
Confirm owners on deed
Confirm interest in selling now
Choose which phone numbers the agent answers
Select the default stage for new deals (for example, Lead In)
Use Test Call to hear your agent live
Running multiple markets? You can assign a different Intake Agent for each inbox and customize the intro for that region.
