• Mention teammates to loop them into conversations instantly

• Filter notes by team member

• Search notes by keyword to find details fast

This gives you a clean paper trail for everything from title work to development steps.

📋 Cleaner Activity Feed

To reduce clutter inside notes, we’ve separated system activity into its own tab.

• Activity Feed now lives in a dedicated tab

• Track stage changes, purchases, and system updates in one place

• Keep Notes focused on conversations instead of system noise

• Click into any activity to view full details

This makes it easier to follow deals that span weeks or months without losing context.

🛰️ Feature Reminder: Satellite Images in Direct Mail

As a reminder for the new year, Pebble includes personalized satellite images in direct mail at no extra cost.

• Automatically pulls the actual satellite image for each property

• Every mailer gets a unique image based on GPS coordinates

• Works on letters, postcards, and windowed envelopes

• Adds strong visual personalization to your outreach
