We're back with the April feature update. This month brings a faster way to find anything in Pebble, cleaner property filters, a smarter compose flow, and a reminder about one of the most underused features for moving properties fast.

🔍 Global Search 

The phone rings. Someone says they got your letter. Now you can pull them up in seconds without navigating across multiple pages.

• Search contacts, properties, deals, APNs, and campaign codes from one bar at the top of every page

• Results show up instantly as you type

• Works for conversations too

No more hunting. Just type and go.

✉️ Search Contacts When Composing 

Composing an email or text just got faster. Instead of typing an address from memory or tracking down a contact first, you can now search by name right inside the compose window.

• Type a contact's name and their email or phone fills in automatically

• Works for both email and text message threads

• Add multiple recipients the same way

A small change that saves a lot of friction when you're moving quickly.

📋 Updated Property Filters 

Managing tens of thousands of properties means filtering has to be fast and clear. We've made it both.

• Top-level filters for county, APN, address, and tags are easier to access

• The expanded panel covers acreage, structure details, owner info, sale data, deal stage, and custom fields

• Active filters now appear as visible tags at the top so you always know what's on

• Remove any filter in one click

Once you've filtered down to the right segment, export it, re-mail it, or take action right away.

📬 Feature Reminder: Neighbor Letters 

This one gets overlooked, but it's one of the fastest ways to move a property. A solid percentage of land deals sell to a neighboring parcel owner, and Pebble makes it easy to reach them with no minimums and no trips to the post office.

• Open a property record and generate a neighbor letter or postcard

• Property images auto-populate if you have the placeholder in your document

• Use "Select Addresses by Map" to lasso surrounding parcels

• It goes out the next business day

The whole process takes about 25 seconds. One of our team members sent a neighbor letter the same day they got a property under contract. Got a call Friday. Sold at full asking price. Made $15,000 in three days.
