 Need help funding your next deal? We’ve added a new “Request Funding” button right inside your deal view:

• Easily submit a funding request directly from a property

• Record a quick Loom or Dub video walking us through the deal and comps

• We’ll review your submission and follow up with next steps

This makes the process fast, simple, and directly integrated with your workflow.

📄 Duplicate Any Document in Seconds

No more redoing work just to fix a typo.

• Instantly duplicate any generated document (contracts, letters, etc.)

• Keep all previous edits and just tweak what’s needed

• Great for quick updates without starting from scratch

This is a huge time-saver for those small-but-important corrections.

📧 Billing Email for Receipts

 Need invoices sent straight to your bookkeeper? You’ve got it.

• Set a Billing Email under Account Settings > Company Details

• All mailing campaign charges will be automatically emailed there

• Perfect for organizing financial records or sharing with your accounting team

No more digging through inboxes to find your receipts.

📋 Activity Feed: See Everything That’s Happened on a Deal 

Our brand-new Activity Feed lets you track every step of the deal process:

• See who moved a deal, when, and to what stage

• View task completions, document generations, custom field changes, and more

• Filter by notes, tasks, automations, or communication events

Currently in beta testing, this feature is a game-changer for teams managing multiple users or VAs. A full rollout is just around the corner.
