🏡 Property Quick Add: Faster Workflow

Pebble’s always been reliable for land deals, and now adding properties—whether land or houses—is quicker and more efficient.

• APN Option: If a seller mentions multiple parcels, enter the APN, and Pebble brings in owner names, square footage, map parcels, and other details from our data provider in a few clicks.

• Address Entry: Prefer using addresses or working with houses? Type one in (like “123 Main St, Santa Fe”), and it’ll pull the available info. If something’s missing—say, an owner without an address—you can add it yourself and continue.

• Team Use: Keeps your pipeline organized and clear, so your team can stay on the same page without extra effort.

• Why It Helps: Cuts down on manual entry time and lets you move to due diligence or negotiations faster—everything stays in one place for your team.

📌 Mapping Bonus: More Coming

Our mapping system’s getting better every month, and we’re not stopping here.

Our iOS mobile app’s been out for a bit, and based on your feedback, we’re giving it a solid refresh.

• Call Improvements: Some users found calls didn’t ring when the phone was idle, or the dialer covered too much of the screen. We’ve fixed those issues—no more missed calls or frustration.

• Easier Use: The update, out in a couple weeks, improves the layout so you can handle calls, review properties, and manage tasks without trouble.
