“No toilets, termites or tenants” as he puts it.

A winding road took Wayne from Zimbabwe to Pennsylvania and then from gym owner to house wholesaler and eventually top-tier land flipper.

Transitioning from houses to land wasn’t exactly a walk in the park though and he candidly takes us through the mistakes he made along the way – some of which became blessings in disguise.
